Great location and overall the hotel was nice. It has a quaint restaurant on the roof top where you can eat breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive. The only two downsides is the hotel does not have an elevator and the coffee they gave at the breakfast was very bad quality.

The room was immaculate! There is AC, heat, plenty of sunshine if you get a room with a window. This hotel also has a full breakfast, with traditional Mexican dishes AND American favorites. The breakfast is included in the stay and varied a bit from day to day. Coffee and juice are also provided. You can flush the toilet paper down the toilet 😳! Beautiful terrace (used for breakfast, but otherwise accessible). The hotel staff were helpful, patient with my broken Spanish and an absolute joy to have! HIGHLY recommend.

The hotel and room were nice and clean however, it was very difficult to get a good night sleep due to the excessive amount of noise being made by the workers, kitchen staff or construction workers I honestly don’t know who. While on vacation I expect to get good rest and that wasn’t the case. The hotel included an all you can eat buffet style menu. The staff was great all three days that we dined there. Food was 7/10. House keeper was great at maintaining our room clean and equipped with water and beer. What stood out the most was her honesty, a tip was left behind which she didn’t touch, instead she approached us and notified us money was left behind!! On another note, not sure if I should involve the hotel staff but we requested a taxi from the young man at the reception area, which he did. However we were stuck with a greedy driver that took advantage of us. He charged us 300 pesos to take us on an 8-9 mile trip, we asked him to wait for us no more than 20 minutes, and then dropped us back off near our hotel. This man had the decency to charge us $900 pesos!!!! $51 dollars!! Absolutely insane. Beware all, his taxi number is 421. Future guest avoid being in the hands of such an inconsiderate greedy person. Over all the stay was 6/10 Will not return

This was a great hotel. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy and accessible. It was close to a lot of restaurants, vendors, and shopping areas within walking distance. Transportation to other towns is right at the corner from the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
