"We were booked for three nights. The hotel has three foot tall windows in every single room that are positioned at floor level. We were not informed of this so we didn’t realize until the following morning after checking in the evening prior and my 2 year old son had unlocked the 10th floor window and opened it. The second night we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and they completely forgot my mother’s food. The third night one of the people who cleaned our room stole an expensive skincare bottle from the bathroom counter. When I spoke to the manager about my experience he said “What do you want me to do about that?” At least they credited me for the stolen product but the service was absolutely appalling."

"It’s a great location if your main purpose of staying is going to Crypto.con arena because it’s walkable to the venue (less then 10 minutes walk to stadium). But the hotel itself is not that great. "
