"Excellent hotel, great facilities. Fantastic breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed. Great location with bus and metro very close by. Groceries available at the metro entrance (underground). Great coffee (Cafe Nero) super close. Parking available. "

"Five stars despite a few niggles. Very comfortable stay. Beds especially, which is always make or break. The location is very good , right next to the subway and I only one stop to the central subway interchange. The staff unfailingly helpful, and the rooms standard, but sizable and comfortable. The only downsides were the breakfast room which was absolutely packed and made it difficult to get to the food and find a seat to sit in. Gave up completely one morning and went a bakery instead. The other grumble was it took three requests for a kettle and when it did appear it was broken. Likewise the conditioner bottle in the bathroom was never fixed despite asking twice. A broken pump meant it couldn't be used Nevertheless, these grumbles aside, everything was exemplary and the customer service always good natured."
