They are in the midst of remodeling and changing to a Hilton Surge, so missing Ice machine and pool closed but we could use the Clarian as they own that one across the parking lot too. Room was comfortable despite not having the remodel complete.

There is another place to stay with the same name on the AFB and GPS initially wanted to send me there, so keep that in mind. I believe the property is going through a name change so that should solve that issue. The front desk staff couldn't have been friendlier. She took the time to get me checked in, had a nice conversation, and even took the time to take me up to my room. One negative is the room was 92 degrees F, when I walked in. It was already late, so it took probably 2 hours or more to cool down to a temperature where I could sleep, other than that the room was clean.

My biggest problem was the mattress. I tried sleeping on both beds and they both seemed to have "dips" across the center side to side. I understand that they are in the middle of new flag company.

Very disappointed. We booked this hotel with an indoor pool so that my granddaughter and I could swim. The pool was closed. We were told to go across the parking lot to another hotel's pool. Also we ran out of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Front desk was only able to give us body wash. We were told that they are under renovation and everything was at a minimal. There was nothing said about under renovation and pool closed when we booked our room. Would not recommend this place unless after their renovations are done. Maybe it would be ok then.

The pool was out of order the room was dirty the toulets was nasty with mold the wayer ptessire non existant no staff only useless front desk vlerk elevator dirty and stunk we checked out early even though it was non refundable didnt trust breakfast.

I did not like that the shower handle was missing it made adjustment difficult. The front desk just apologized but did nothing to fix the problem. There were cobwebs in the window corners. They advertised a pool and thats why we went with this one and there was a sign on the door stating it was out of service same sign on the ice maker.

We had a significant issue with the tub not draining after we showered in the morning on our first full day. We reported it to someone from the front desk, but when we returned from our event, the tub was still full of water and remained so overnight. We were also not aware or made aware that if we wanted fresh towels on our 2nd morning, we had to request them in advance. Other than that, the staff were very friendly, very pleasant, and extremely helpful. We do plan on returning next year... if the tub issue has been addressed by then

The staff was very polite with excellent customer service. My dislike was the ice machine on the first floor didn’t work and the breakfast area wasn’t completely done meaning they had a waffle area, but no waffle mix and the selection of breakfast was limited to muffins and bagels some days and sausage patties and bacon but if you didn’t get to breakfast by seven, then you might not get no sausage patties because they only put like 5 to 7 out so very skimpy or breakfast they also had cereal. I would highly recommend for stay but not for the breakfast.

I have stayed here before so it’s not bad, they do now have waffles for breakfast just beware of the milk, at times it can be spoiled. The staff are nice but could also use some coaching on how to deal with certain situations, ie using the switchboard to connect calls to your room the older gentleman at nights George or Greg definitely needs coaching and retraining on how to talk to people. The pool still doesn’t work nor does the ice machine. Again not bad but came use some improvements.

I was told my reservation and other guest reservations that were made for the 14th were all canceled and that I would need to make a new reservation. I checked Expedia and saw nothing stating a canceled reservation. After multiple attempts of trying to contact them by phone and emails, I have not received a response from anyone.

First thing we always look at is the bed and the toilet and it was dirty, had BM on it. The sheets were too small for the king size beds, we weren’t told that the pool wasn’t up and running. The ice machine was broken we had to go 2 blocks away to get a bag of ice, breakfast was supposed to be served until 10,

Smaller hotel, wrong name on the building. Seems theres a buy out going on. Staff gets 6 stars. Very friendly, even when checking in after midnight. Why is there so much bleach on the towels and bedsheets? I get that everyone increased during covid, but can we do another rinse cycle to get some of that out. I got a good headsche snelling that in all night. The pillows are to soft. Could not sleep well. Also.. they havent cleaned the toilets in while. Look at this pictures (room 214). Ive seen life long bachlor slobs whose toilets arent this bad. In all, pnce the toilets are cleaned and the sheets dont quailfy as chemical weapons platforms, i might stay again.

Normally I can along with few set backs, but this terrible. To start with the AC didn't work. The person that came into the room to fix it realized that it had came unplugged. He plug it in and thought all was find, except no cold was coming out. He asked me to give it few minutes for the cold to come. I agreed. About ten minutes later, still no cool air. Keep in mind the room temperature was in the 80s. I called back to the desk to tell them it still wasn't working. The same person came back after 30 some minutes. He was in agreement that the unit wasn't working. So then I asked if I could be transfered to another room. He responded with "all the room booked". As he was leaving the room i asked do have any fans. They did get me couple of fans. The following morning ask if I could be trans fer to another room and comp for the previous night. The receptionist was very friendly and would talk to the manager. That night when I got back I did have a different room, but the receptionist said no comp for the previous night because it was booked through Expedia. So, if that is true, I guess I will never use Expedia again. Please let me who should be responsible for any monetary adjustments. The pool wasn't operational, you have to go next door and that guy was very sketchy. You had to get ice next door. The breakfast was disgusting, eggs weren't cooked. The girl dropped the spoon for eggs in the floor and stirred the eggs with it. Not much of a selection for breakfast. Not very clean.
