The hotel was beautifully clean, our room was comfortable, and the staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast provided plenty of good choices. There was ample parking in a secure lot right next to the hotel. "

"The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. Said she didn't know anything about the TV just shut it off and wait to turn it back on. I asked what we were supposed to do if it didn't work and she just kept saying she was the only one there and couldn't fix it. Thankfully the TV came on after an hour an hour. Netflix didn't work because it said we needed a non commercial upgrade to watch at that hotel. Friendly front desk lady on check in and out. I will look at another hotel in the area."
