"This is apparently a new hotel in an older building. Signs of wear were apparent, but the place had been renovated. It is great for an overnight or short stay. Our room was simply furnished and had a tiny kitchenette. Best feature was the step-in shower, which had soap and shampoo dispensers. The bath also featured an excellent large mirror. There was a down-side to that: the bath had a motion sensor switch so that, even in the middle of the night, it turned on. Rooms and venue were clean, staff friendly. Breakfast was well done with plenty of options, including fresh made avocado toast, a yogurt bar and other good stuff. There are plenty of dining options almost close enough to walk. The hotel is a very good value."

"The staff is wonderful, and the rooms are very comfortable. They have laundry machines on site for guests. I highly recommend woodspring suites if you are staying in the Palmdale/Lancaster area."
