"We have stayed here multiple times when visiting Universal. I have never been disappointed. Rooms are clean, newly renovated, and quiet. Well priced and 20 minutes from the theme park. McDonald’s is 5 minutes away. And there are multiple soda machines in and around the hotel. I will always stay here on my vacations. "

"Property was a 11 minute walk to Universal but Hotel also had shuttle every hour not able to walk to any local eateries but city walk was a 11 minute walk with lots of restaurants ( even Buca Di Beppo )"

Only con to this property was the pool size, there was very little supervision at the pool area (on the parents there and the staff) the pool was often over crowded and not suitable for smaller children due to all the rough housing and kids jumping in.
