"lady at counter was nice , the place was spotless we didn't use any amenities as we had family commitments but we will definitely stay again"

"Don't expect fast check in. Difficult to initially navigate the property to your room. That said all was good. Don't try and fill the kettle the only sink is in the bathroom and you have to navigate the kettle and spout and get maybe 1 cup of water"

"Nothing fancy just a very comfortable and functional place if you’re in town for a longer stay. Excellent Thai restaurant in the lobby. Taringa is a good little neighbourhood. The metro stop is right behind the hotel - you can get downtown in 10 minutes. Note: building is shared by doctor’s offices. Apartment style hotel rooms are on the floors above."

"Very central but would ask for park side apartment as it would be quieter. Staff were friendly and the facilities good. Would stay again when visiting Ipswich."
