Hotels near Fairview Developmental Center

"The room itself, once inside, was great. The outer area however, was a mess. Empty pool, incomplete construction, litter, questionable individuals lurking about, etc. The location is convenient, as it is near freeways and eateries and markets. The girl at the front desk was polite and helpful. The 200 dollar security hold is a bit steep considering the establishment as a whole. I'd stay again. Hopeful they complete / address the appearance of the exterior. "

"I stayed here for business. It is close to John Wayne airport and a short drive to Newport Beach. While the immediate area is not the best, you have access to many desirable areas. The restaurant is reasonable and the food is great. I had the burger and the short rib tacos. I did arrive around 1pm and the staff seemed a little bothered that I was trying to check in. He told me "people just checked out". I had to ask him if it was okay to hang out and I had to ask about access to the restaurant. I did not exactly feel welcome in that moment. But that was a minor set back. I then spent the next two hours eating and hanging out by the pool. Unfortunately no one was able to alert me when my room was ready and when I came back around 3 there was a huge line of people checking in ahead of me."

"The front desk staff were amazing. They even called our room to make sure we didn’t need anything. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is a great location not far from the beach. Price was very good for a last minute room. Would definitely stay there again. "
