"Fantastic property with superb attention to detail! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are well-cared for and happy. Kennedy and her team even left many goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out! We were shocked and I even teared up, I felt so special! We will be lifelong customers for sure!"

"I rated this hotel very highly and we plan on staying here again!! I will say what looked like an excellent amenity at first glance, wasn't as great as we thought. We got charged 25 per day as a service charge or i guess you can think of it as a resort fee since you get wifi and you get use of their shuttle, if you are 1.5 miles away from your destination. I said great!! I didn't even know about the shuttle. That is awesome!! We tipped 10 bucks per ride and didn't realize till we checked our daily charges, that we are actually paying for it in the resort fee. The wi-fi I didn't even use. I thought i was saving money not having to get an Uber but not really. We got a terrace room with lots and lots of of seating! 2 loungers and 5 pc dining, as well as a firepit with Chairs. If i have to complain, it was the fact that the greenery out there was completely fried. Not taken care of at all. It was a nice set up though and convenient to get lots of light to do my makeup in the morning!! I would not, however book this room again. I'll look for a a more cost effective price option,. The staff is amazing and so very helpful and accommodating!! Erik gave us a very warm welcome and also took my husband on the shuttle. My husband said he was very personable and pleasant! We will be back!! Such a great location in the Gulch and so close to downtown!!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay if you're looking for more space near the heart of Nashville. We booked a studio, but were assigned a one bedroom suite. The location is a short (and safe) walk to restaurants and Ryman. The kitchen was modestly appointed if you want to do a little cooking. Perfect for storing and reheating leftovers from one of the many fabulous restaurants within walking distance. The bedroom had ample space and was clean and simple. The bathroom and adjoining closet were spacious and spotless. We enjoyed eating ice cream on the rooftop terrace as dusk settled over the city. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic, but there was no shelf on which to set toiletries or ledge on which to prop a foot on for shaving/drying legs. We reserved a parking space using Parkade. No issues there, but why not just add it to the cost of the stay rather than requiring to download an app? A few "issues": The check in at the kiosk was cumbersome and frustrating. The lady next to me was also having issues so I know it wasn't just me. We talked each other through it eventually. Our room never got cool enough for our taste. (We like it really cool when we sleep.) We ended up buying a fan for the second night because we were so miserable the first night. There was no stopper in the bathroom sink so shaving was a challenge for my husband. There was no soap (but two conditioners) in the shower so we used shampoo to wash our faces/bodies. Overall wonderful, but with "flaws"."
