"Had another wonderful stay at Caribe Royale Orlando—this was our 5th or 6th time here, and it never disappoints. The staff is always incredibly professional and welcoming from start to finish. The shuttle service is consistently on time, which makes getting around so easy, and the concierge team is so helpful and attentive. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, and the food is absolutely amazing. I can’t help but compare it to a miniature version of Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin—beautiful, convenient, and such a great overall experience. We’ll definitely keep coming back!"

"Amazing hotel would highly recommend for families. There’s so much to do- 2 pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, water slide and more. They also have a bowling alley and arcade on site. Our building was right next to Volcano Bay and they have a special entry for hotel guests which was a plus. Already planning my next stay!"

"Clean rooms and close to everything "

"Wasn't very happy with my experience. Waited on a 30 minute line to check in. Room wasn't ready, which wasn't a problem because it was only 1 PM when I checked in. They called me at almost 5 PM to let me know the room was now ready. Check-in is supposed to be at 4 PM. I then had to wait in another 30 minute line to get my key. Meanwhile, I have the Disney app that showed my hotel information but would not show a room or allow me to access room with the app. There was no parking at all, only valet. Front desk told me to speak to valet to see if they will match the parking fee price, which is pretty ridiculous and shouldn't be my job. They couldn't match price because they were busy as well, so I had to wait again on a line to access guest parking. 50 bucks to park. 50 bucks for resort fee. I was there one night! I was at the park 90% of the time. Wasn't using any of the resort amenities. So, not happy with the price I paid for everything. Definitely was not worth it, and wasted a lot of time."
