"Amazing remote checking in process and very responsive staff"

"The pool area was not greate. You needed to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella. And you had to wear a swim cap and pay for it. The stuff at that area was not friendly. The room was ok and clean. Good food. But not super nice atmosphere. "

Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! "Wow this B&B is a great gem in the Bay of Naples. We are two American girls that decided to stay in Gragnano on our trip. We could not have been happier with our decision. The host family is beyond helpful and very kind. They organized a cheaper ride from the Naples airport and provided rides to the train stations if needed. "This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, however what made the stay so enjoyable is the quality of the staff. They were all very helpful and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Great base for exploring Pompeii, Naples city and also Sorrento/Amalfi but you also have the peace of being outside the busy centre of Naples. 9.5/10. "
