People are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is great! The room was spotless, but need some paint in bathroom and cabinets, the amenities like the small refrigerator was not working, and they couldn’t fixed. I have a great experience is a little familiar cozy hotel, not luxury but very convenient location and guest are middle class families.

Nice place to stay on our way to Sydney. Very quiet and clean. Didn't think much of the continental breakfast & asked for a one hour later checkout which was refused
