Also Nana in brunch she recognised us from 2 years ago she is another lovely lady we will miss her hugs and chats. We would also like to thank Vengellis at the beach bar a lovely young man always cheerful and remembered what we had to drink. All of the staff are lovely here. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Very clean and friendly place to go. We was a little disappointed with the food this time. They have a very good choice of food but it could be a bit hotter."

Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "

Simply beautiful. Our room impeccably clean. Breakfast is very good, lunches around the pool or at Fresh Restaurant were excellent. "sun palace staff from the front desk to the dining staff and the housekeeping staff were all great! staff worked very hard to provide guests a good experience. The property itself needs an upgrade and several repairs need to be made. The cost of the resort and the all-inclusive status make it work for all income levels and guests traveling with children. we enjoyed our holiday very much and utilized the bus stop right across the street from the resort to go into Rhodes town and to go to Lindo's. my husband and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay as well as both of our birthday's. We enjoyed the island very much. The front desk staff had a bottle of wine and fruit in our room for our 25th wedding anniversary which was a very nice touch. "

"very bad hotel definitley is not for family and surly not 5 stars for several reasons first: the kids club has broken and limited toys, kids could be hurt second: there is no swimming pool for small kids . third: the first day we came the smell was very bad in the reception and non bearable fourth: the food is medium, the chicken taste very bad and cant be chewd it was very rough, there are no wide selection of salads,. fifth: the room is very small , we were four people in same room we could barely move sixth: some of the staff were not helpful. seventh: if you have twin stroller u cant use the elevetor since it is narrowed and small, double stroller cant get in."
