A beautiful property in a quaint area. Our room was very comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. Our breakfast in the morning was very good, with many different foods to choose from. I would highly recommend Hamngatan 27 as a place to stay.

Dåligt frukostutbud
Personalen var mycket trevliga och försökte verkligen se hur de kunde lösa problemet med att vårt rum var otroligt varmt. Dessvärre hade man fönstret öppet vilket gjorde att den varma luften utifrån kom in istället för att stänga och dra för så som man gör på varmare breddgrader. Frukosten var en besvikelse. Bara ”söta” saker serverades. Ingen naturell yogurt och inga grönsaker fanns. Bara mjukt bröd. På ett hotell av denna prisklass förväntar man sig mer. I övrigt är detta ett fantastiskt fint hotell och på en kallare dag, under 25 grader, hade rummet varit perfekt. Mycket mysigt inrett med en liten soffgrupp och ett fantastiskt fint och rent badrum.

Very nice and cosy hotell near the city centre and the river Ätran. We had a varm welcome by the lovely staff. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice and fresh, all packed in small containers to prevent covid spread. I really recommend this hotel!

Undiscovered gem!
This is a real gem in a super cosy town by the sea. Clean, spacious room with a very comfy bed. We were positively surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. Have nothing negative to say. Breakfast with a vast choice, all packed in singular packages. SUPER I definitely would come back any time

Lovely hotel we always come back to but this year we were very disappointed with the breakfast. From normally having a lovely buffé we now got something that felt like a school pick-nick breakfast. We understand that its due to Corona, but all the other hotels we visit during this trip had worked it out and still had the breakfast remaining but with some extra safety precautions. Hopefully they will work it out.

Trevlig vistelse på hotellet. Något som kunde varit bättre är om det fans krokar för ytterkläder. Dagens ranka klädställning ramlar med tunga vinterkläder. Ljudnivån när frukostrummet är hög då det är för lite mjuka absorberande material.

Otroligt fint hotell. Stort rymligt rum. Bra perkering. Tyvärr var frukosten inte 100%, först var fästmannen besviken över att det inte fanns scrambled eggs och inte heller bacon. (Det är ju inte hela världen såklart) Vi hittade också små silverfiskar både i vårt rum och i en skål vid frukosten. Det är inte heller hela världen egentligen. Bra pris, trevlig personal! Kommer definitivt besöka hotellet igen.
