"The Anacapri Hotel in Falmouth is an absolute gem for a coastal getaway. The location is incredibly convenient, sitting just opposite Gyllyngvase Beach for instant seaside access, while still being a reasonable distance walk right into the town centre and harbour. Everything throughout the hotel was nice and clean, with rooms that made for a truly comfortable stay. It’s a fantastic, stress-free base that balances beautiful sea views with easy access to all of Falmouth's shops and restaurants!"

Penmorvah Manor Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Everywhere was clean and the seating area in the garden was delightful with comfortable chairs & parasols over the tables. Staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good as were the evening meals. Plenty of car parking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"We enjoyed our harbour view room very much. There was always something going on around the harbour. it was quite a long way to the main Falmouth attractions so we ate mostly at the hotel . The food and drink at the hotel was quite pricey but perhaps on a par with other hotels in the area. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were helpful . The surroundings were a bit drab and the outside space quite limited and close to the road. The hotel was in need of decoration in some areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay ."

"What an excellent stay! So much so that we extended by 2 nights and thankfully they were available each night! We booked the Bosuns apartment for a family of 4 and it had everything we needed. Rooms were lovely and my neices really loved their stay. Plenty of space, well maintained and excellent kitchen facilities within our apartment. The apartment was extremely hot when we arrived but 1 message to the team and on a Sunday within an hour we had a fan delivered. There's a communal kitchen for thise staying in rooms and also a washing machine in there we can all use. We sat in the communal kitchen a couple of times and met another lovely guest. Great little social space! There was a lady from housekeeping coming around for thoae that were in rooms or checking out and she was extremely helpful on dealing with a personal situation we shared. Locations is excellent too.... 5 - 10mins walk from the town, and 15 mins walk to the beach. 100% would stay again. Thank you to the owner and all staff who dealt with us. We will definitely be back!"

"Staff were super nice, gardens were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. Parking available. Nice location close to Falmouth, but very rural feel. Seaview is very limited in general from this property but lovely gardens make up for this. My father is in his 80s and managed ok, but to say this property is likely not ideal for those with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs and it's all built into a hillside. Beds in both rooms my family used could use an update- pretty uncomfortable and uneven mattresses with noticeable indents where people tend to generally sleep. In morning when going to breakfast we had to dodge piles of dirty linen and supplies all along the narrow hallway where cleaning staff had stripped beds already. Seemed an odd system for a 4 star hotel. Despite these last comments still a very pleasant stay!"
