Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "OK for overnight stopover. You get what you paid for. Old house, heating did not work in the room. Common use bathrooms on the first floor. Rooms are upstairs. On positive side: cheep, tidy, heated floor in the bathroom. Bus stop is in walkable distance. &20 cab to Terminal 5."
