"This was an unusual property but the digital operations worked fairly well until the check out process which I think needs to be thought through a little more. The free storage lockers was super generous and appreciated and the tea and coffee in the locker area is a very nice touch. The room was very comfortable and the sink being outside the bathroom was a good idea. The storage area was very good. All round happy and would look at Zuma again."

"Only stayed for one night and mostly booked this hotel for the car park. The room was spacious and a little basic but functional. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room (kettle was provided when asked but we had our own tea) and overall we thought that the hotel needed some maintenance. The breakfast was much better than expected with a good selection. The bus stop into town (bus 6) just opposite the hotel and it was easy enough to get around. Reception staff were great."

The property is a great location to shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions and has a great staff, both at the reception desk but also the wait staff and cleaners. "This is more of a guesthouse inn, Austrian style. Room was very spacios and super clean. Linen smelled amazing. Room had a balcony which was great. Parking outside of the inn. Short drive to centre of Salzburg. We also tried the restaurant and service was great. Breakfast had the best spread out of three hotels we tried on this trip. I would recommend it for good value for money, plus parking and breakfast. Would stay again"

"Excellent and friendly service at the front desk upon arriving. Extremely well appointed room (loved the motion nightlights by the bathroom) and very comfortable bed. Lots of natural light with all the windows in the room. It was also very nice to have the restaurant within the hotel too! Wish I had known more about the history of the StieglBräu location and restaurant from 1912!"
