The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to Buckingham Palace. There’s some nice shops nearby. Formative coffee makes a great flat white. The rooms were in very good condition, the staff was incredibly attentive and my room was very quiet. I could not hear anything from neighboring rooms and the hotel is away from traffic. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.

Fabulous motel, staff were so lovely & friendly. Room was so clean and decorated beautifully, only down fall I would say is the streaming on the telly so complicated messing with WiFi settings to get it going. I chose to stay here after seeing the images of a pool and spa facilities. However, it was disappointing to find that after paying for my stay, which can be well over £200 a night here, you still have to pay £10 to use the pool. That just seems really tight to me.
