"room was tired, shower not very good and bath not cleaned properly. bedroom carpet wet from bathroom leaking (I think). Unable to work shower or bath without getting in due to poor position on screen"

We had another couple stay at the same hotel at the same time paid less and they was offered a bigger room on arrival and free parking. They had a bigger room for free and they paid less and they was celebrating me wife’s 40th which was disappointing. Other than that it was a Nike clean today place and staff was welcoming "
