The staff were so lovely, the room was stunning and super clean. The rooftop was perfect for chilling out on if you fancied not going anywhere for a bit. Or, if you wanted to explore, the location was really central - everything was walkable.

The staff in this hotel is incredible. Right from reception to cleaning staff to restaurant staff everyone services with a smile. This is a great hotel right in the centre but very quiet . Staff are very good , helpful , friendly and had quite a few conversations with them , whoever is managing this hotel knows how to pick the right staff. Room was really good with balcony , air con etc.There is an amazing roof top area with plenty of sunbeds , an infinity pool and Resturant bringing your food and drinks out to you all with a great view facing the sea. There is also an indoor pool. Walk to harbour is about 5 to 10 minutes.

Very good location. Close to old town. Very friendly staff. The rooms are amazing. The rooftop restaurant and infinity pool are lovely. The indoor pool is also a nice size. Breakfast was lovely with buffet for all cold items which were extensive and also had included an a la carte for cooked food. Will definitely return

It's rare when I walk into a hotel room and I'm stunned. It was a fantastic stay. The hotel staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The location is in the center of everything but still tucked away from the hustle and bustle. If you're in Faro, stay here!
