This hotel was great. The precheck in made checking in so easy and fast. Our room was comfortable and the hot tub and pool were working properly. Thhe breakfast was hot and fresh plus had a good selection of foods. I will definitely stay here again.

Hyatt Place Fayetteville/Springdale
It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.
