Terrível, reservei o melhor quarto com cama de casal. Ao invés da cama de casal Queen/King Size pela qual pagamos, recebemos uma gambiarra onde juntaram duas camas box com um lençol grosso para dar a impressão de que se tratava de uma cama única. Estávamos viajando a trabalho, acordava toda hora para juntar as camas pois de tempos em tempos caía no buraco entre as duas camas. As 12:50 o staff começou a ligar e a bater na porta insistentemente e de maneira constragedora, inclusive pedindo para conversar comigo “lá fora”. Apesar do horário de check-out ser às 12 hs, não dormimos bem por duas noites. Deveriam ter tido o mínimo de bom senso e ter nos dado um late check-out. Fomos enganados, fizeram propaganda enganosa e ainda me chamaram para conversar “lá fora”. O que queriam dizer quando falaram vamos conversar lá fora? Isso é linguagem de mafioso é trombadinha. Me arrependo de não ter ido conversar lá fora.
