"I was disappointed that staff made me feel like I was an imposition, particularly Uta Tobisch. The other staff made some effort but a far cry from other areas across Europe that I’ve visited. I stayed for two weeks for a figure skating competition and my room was far from the main restaurant, cleaned only every other day, and I constantly had to request more toilet paper. Utilities and room are adequate. "

"Wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel mit tollen Zimmern, schönem Wellness- und Schwimmbadbereich, super Aussicht auf Oberstdorf und die Lage ruhig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist wundervoll und der Mittagssnack abwechslungsreich. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben ist ein Dampfbad. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Betreuung und wir r kommen sicher wieder. "

"We had an amazing time at this resort. The staff and amenities were fantastic. The outdoor infinity pool was incredible (we went there everyday after skiing), the indoor pool and hot tub was also perfect and relaxing. We ski in/out could not be easier and the ski rental (IfenSport) was only steps away from the hotel entrance. One of the best ski in/out resorts we have ever stayed at. All this with ski passes that are 1/3 the cost of skiiing at US resorts. Also, amazing food. All in all, we...

"Perfect location right on the edge of a huge cross country ski trail/Field. We had our Labrador Retriever and she absolutely loved running around out there int snow. The hotel was cozy and really easy to park and offload all your gear, especially if you are on the first floor. No Lobby or elevator. straight to beautiful room with a balcony looking out at the German Alps... Close by are the resorts, still figuring out the best way to them. I drove and that was weird but parking was easy and close...
