Victoria was amazing! Super friendly and gave some great suggestions of things to do in the city. Hotel was centrally located and walkable to almost anything! The room was nice, however the WiFi was spotty at best and the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but not terrible.

We stayed at Kozmo for 3 nights while visiting the beautiful city of Budapest. It is a 5 star hotel in every sense but ultimately service is paramount. All staff were warm, friendly, personable and always helpful. The suite was immaculate, the food excellent and the gym well maintained with updated equipment. It was perfect and one really can’t improve on that.

The staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was excellent with many alternative kind of food. The place of the hotel is very close to the Parliament and you can get the most interesting places to visit, just by walking.

"Everything was ok and nice, unfortunately the food is not good. There is no variety and choice, not in the morning and not in the evening. I am writing this with heavy heart, because the hotel is very cute. The rooms are adorable and the stuff was nice and helpful. But the food is not good at all, ..."
