I had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you could need. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a self-service laundry room on the first floor and of course reliable Wi-Fi.
The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly friendly, spoke English, and were always happy to help with anything I needed. Their outstanding service made my stay even more enjoyable.
I also noticed that they have a delivery robot that can bring food right to your room.
I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to stay here again.

Arrived at the residence and was greeted by one of the staff who showed us to the apartment and how things worked, including the security and aircon. Very helpful and also gave us some insight into China, which helped us a lot. The property is well maintained and very safe. It is very conveniently located for public transportation and shopping. DiDi drivers had no problem finding our place and the security staff were always very cheerful and helpful. I would highly recommend this residence for a stay in China and it was particularly great to “live in the local neighbourhood” rather than in a tourist trap hotel. The people here are so friendly and welcoming. We will be back
