"Her har man faktisk en helt ekte sjøutsikt, i alle fall i tredje etasje hvor vi bodde. Det er vedlig kort vei til stranden, og anlegget er nytt og fint. Området rundt er livlig, men nesten uten biltraffik og ingen bråkete utesteder i nærheten. (Noe som nok kan være litt problem nærmere sentrum). Vi kom på sykkel langs den "Baltiske" ruten som passerer rett utenfor, og kunne sette syklene i garasjen for biler under huset, veldig greit! "

"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Die Wohnung war an sich super ausgestattet. Alles war da, was man braucht und sauber war es auch. Auffallend war der angenehme Geruch, als die Wohnung betreten wurde. Der Check-in war nicht ganz so toll. An der Rezeption konnte man sich nicht gut verständigen, da nicht so gut deutsch gesprochen wurde, was aber im Ausland auch nicht Voraussetzung ist. Es wurde aber nur ein Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und ein Zettel, auf dem 2 Adressen standen. Also musste man gucken, wo man überhaupt hin muss....

Bei beiden Fernbedienungen waren die batterien leer, so dass ich wieder hin musste. Kein "Entschuldigung" oder sonst ein nettes Wort. "I was travelling with friends who had another room but had the same experience. There was a problem with the aircon and our room temperature was 26c. I reported this to reception and the chap went to another room to remotely set the temperature for me. In the mean time he suggested opening our window until the temperature became acceptable. If there was a problem with the aircon then why weren’t we notified on checking in? And why didn’t they set the temperature beforehand to 21c instead of leaving it at 26c? My friends had a similar experience and we overheard someone else at reception having the same problem. Also, there was no water in the room. "
