"Everything regarding this apartment is perfect. The location is comfortable as it is located not far from the ferry station, there are 2 supermarkets right near the building and the main beach is in a 15-minute walk distance. Also all necessary facilities were included and all of them were in a good condition: washing machine, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, full set of kitchenware. "The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "
