"Very clean, very kind staff, delicious food. This is our second stay in an NH Collection hotel and both experiences (Rome and Porto) have been excellent. One thing to note - it does get cold at night in winter months and the heating system is not great. However there are extra blankets provided that did the trick. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "
"Clean nice room. They accommodated me with an upgrade for my birthday due to some unforeseen circumstances. Staff was great nice and over accommodating. I loved my stay. "
"We stayed at Eurostars Porto Douro for three nights in December and had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast was a highlight, with an excellent variety including hot dishes like eggs and roasted vegetables, fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, yogurt with toppings, pastries, breads, juices, and good coffee. Our room had a lovely river view, and we appreciated being able to open the windows for fresh air. The staff were very attentive. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

10/10 Excellent
"This is one of my favorite hotels in Porto (I've stayed here 3 times!) - the hotel is very nice, the location is great (my favorite area to be in Porto - in walking distance to many cafes, restaurants, sites, shops, nice streets to walk on, etc.), and the staff is wonderful. "
"Breakfast menu was varied and fresh but would like to have seen more vegetarian options for dinner and an earlier dining time - currently 7.30pm. Staff were wonderful and helpful; room was very clean and comfortable."
