"The helpfulness of the reception staff who sought us out to advise us that our room was ready. They provided information about the restaurant, spa, shuttle bus and late checking out. The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com "
