"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "

"I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building. "First of all, the staff is absolutely amazing. Courteous, friendly, professional. My room was a bit of a mixed experience. It was spacious and well appointed, but the carpet was wrinkled in a way that it looked like it hadn’t been laid properly. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between freezing and scalding. The bed was a bit soft, but that’s more of a personal preference issue. "
