"Hotel a 5 stelle che presenta pregi e dei difetti che vanno assolutamente migliorati. La struttura è in posizione strategica: vicina al centro e raggiungibile sia in macchina che con i mezzi. Personale molto gentile, amichevole e professionale. Parcheggio privato, spa a disposizione (entrambi a pagamento) ed una bella area verde riparata dal sole. "My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"We had an amazing night at this modern looking property. It was a fantastic location - close to the castle, church, town square and shopping. There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional! "

"Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy."

"Niente... mi dispiace doverlo dire, ma è stata un’esperienza davvero spiacevole: il materasso era talmente vecchio e deformato da rendere impossibile dormire. Nel 2025, non mi aspettavo certo di trovare una sistemazione con un letto in quelle condizioni, pieno di affossamenti e scomodo al punto da rovinare il soggiorno.
