"I really have no complaint about LA CASA DELLE DEE. It was a first time experience to have self-check-in, not have a concierge and have everything work digitally. So it was interesting and scary but Mary was extremely helpful and patient. It's enough to put someone totally unfamiliar with the set-up at ease. There really is no complaint about the place as it comfortable and immaculate. My only difficulty was it had no elevator yet and the place is on the third floor. Not a problem if one...

"Room was fine, clean and tidy. About a 15 minute walk from the centre which was great. Communication with the staff was not great, we had to ask multiple times for the self check in information when we landed as it was not sent in the morning as promised. We also had to wait ages for someone to let us in the front door. Asked if we could leave our luggage anywhere before our evening flight and received no reply. You also have to pay €1 to use the coffee machine and it doesn’t work."
