A tourist trap. They bring you in a place that is in middle of nowhere. No taxi, no nearby resturants, they want to then chrage you for everything..you can imagine as you are now held hostage. People book the thermal spa resort for thermal spa yet they charge you same amount of money for using the thermal spa they charge people for outside public. Plus they have limited hours 2pm to 6pm. Thats it whats the use of such spa? Then on top of it they have very strict rules you cant do this ..you cant do that... staff is rude and not accomodating. I would really think tiwce booking here.

Amazing services on site, good food, prices are right, staff very polite and caring- very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and area- rooms are so relaxing - I loved my stay there- swimming pool so clean- just make sure you schedule a few days before if you plan on services on weekends because you have lots of people stopping on the weekends that wil schedule and the staff ends up so busy - if you get your hotel on the weekends you may end up not getting treatments of your choice if you don’t plan ahead :)

The room was nice and clean, we enjoyed our 2 days stay but there's nothing much to see around, you have to drive down to Fes if you wanna visit. Our stay here was peaceful and relaxing, nothing to complain about! Thanks!

Great but plan ahead
Great hotel in the middle of nowhere. The spa is adjacent to the hotel. We drove out for the services but because it was open to the public we didn't get appointments as there was limited availability. Call ahead. Breakfast was great, highly recommended, dinner on the other hand was a huge over priced disappointment. Overall a good experience with a little more planning would have been great.

This was by far the worst experience in my 20 years travel experience. We were very looking forward to stay in this luxury hotel, but I wish we were never there. First it is far away from Fez, you need to rent a car, or to take very special big taxi which can go outside the city. To do this you need to walk very far for the taxi station. Small taxi refused to take us there. So we were walking for an hour. Then a lot of negotiations to avoid the rip off. Upon arriving at the hotel just before 5 pm we were informed that the spa is closed for the day. Nothing was open except a very expensive restaurant. All the guests checking in at the same moment were very frustrated and upset. We went to check out the outside swimming pool, but it was empty. Then we headed to a spa to check it out. What a surprise it was to find out that to enter any hotel facilities we need to pay additional 30 Euro per person. We wasn’t sure about the quality of those, since everything by that time feels like another Moroccan scam, but they refused to even show the facilities unless we pay. This information was never available when we were booking this hotels, while many pools and spas were advertised. The entire evening was wasted. We didn’t want to stay there and needed to find a taxi back in a dark unsafe area to return back to the town, and it cost us a fortune! SCAM.

L hotel ideal pour se reposer visiter Fes et les collinesdemoulayyacoub
Seul petit bemol la gestion du parking de l hotel tout le monde peut y aller meme ceux qui n ont pas de chambre donc problèmes de place. On vous dit quevous avez une place réservée et sécurisée a ce jourc est faux manque de rigueur.
