Sugar Beach Club cennet gibi koyda, içinde hemen hemen hiçbir beton yapının olmadığı, çok güzel bir bahçe içinde yeterince konforlu ahşap bungalovlarda konaklama imkanı sunan harika bir tesis. Tesisten dışarıya baktığınızda gördüğünüz manzara ise sadece şahane bir doğa: deniz, orman, sazlıklar ve gökyüzü. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü, içten ve çözüm odaklı. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltı menüsü son derece zengin, yemekler de çeşitli ve lezzetli. Yiyecek-içecek fiyatları gayet makul. Plajı çok güzel, denizi ise çok özel: sahilde su sığ, çocuklar için harika, isterseniz biraz açılıp daha derin, serin ve birbirinden çok farklı mavi ve yeşil tonlarında eşsiz bir suda yüzme imkanınız da var. Ben bütün koyun sahillerini yüzerek gezdim, her noktasında birbirinden farklı deneyimler yaşadım. Plaj ve restoranda çalan müzik seçimlerini beğensem de, günün bazı saatlerinde sadece doğanın sesini dinlemeyi tercih ederdim. Eleştirebileceğim tek şey bu.

the hotel has its own private beach area on the Blue Lagoon, which was great to have during the middle of busy season. The water was very calm. Great for swimming. Some larger rocks in the water but easy to spot and avoid. A nice sandy beach. The walk to the shops and restaurants is about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast is included with the room rate and it was delicious. Menu was extensive and more than sufficient. We would stay here again

Having a private bungalow with our own terrace was just great. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was marvelous! A lot of fresh fruit, coffee, fresh orange juice, olives, bread, egg, and much more.

Lovely beach resort
Fantastic beach resort, very friendly & helpful staff. Great spot to hang out all day and enjoy the stunning view and clear water. Bar & restaurant prices are friendly. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The only issue I had that wifi wasn't that strong in the room & btw the rooms are very cool beach huts. Enjoyed my stay very much and I will definitely stay here again.

Sweet Review
Great service, a bit on the rustic side, but overall would stay their again. Great value for money, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, rooms were small but clean and staff was fantastic.

Top 5 favorite
Sugar beach is by far one of my top 5 fav places in turkey. I sleep so good there. The rooms are very clean and very adorable. The water sports are amazing and the food is very very good. My favorite is zucchini fries

A week at Sugar Beach Club
Stayed a week here. Lovely wooden cabin on the beach. We had a twin cabin that was modern and spacious. Breakfast is simple but decent. Those not staying at the property can enter the beach area for the day but have to pay for loungers, whereas guests have unlimited access. There's also a ten percent discount on food and drink for guests. Prices for drinks and food were reasonable given its a beachside location. Peaceful location about ten minutes walk from the main beach of ölüdeniz. The walk isn't great at night because the route isn't that well lit and there are cars travelling fast along the road, but there is regular dolmuş service that goes past the hotel. If you're looking for a peaceful beachside retreat a stones throw away from the town centre then this is a good choice.

Ancak sebebini veya kaynağını bilmediğimiz problemler için çözüm üretme ihtimalimiz maalesef yok. Sizinle konaklama süreciniz boyunca tüm departman müdürleri ve personeliyle daha iyi bir tatil geçirmeniz için çaba gösterdik. Sohbetlerimizde samimi ve içten bir tavır sergilediniz, birkaç talebinizi de hemen yerine getirdik. Herhangi bir şikayetiniz olmadığı gibi tatiliniz uzatma fikrine sıcak baktığınızı ve müsaitlik olup olmadığını bile sordunuz. Bizler misafirlerin istediği ve beklediği tatili yapabilmesi için görevlendirilen bir ekibiz bu değerlendirme puanını görünce tekrar toplandık ve yine herhangi bir anlam veremedik. Sizi bu denli düşük puan vermeye iten sebepleri veya şikayetleri bizimle de paylaşmanızı çok isterdik.

Tam güzel zamanda gitmişiz (Okulllar açıldıktan sonra) Tesis süper eksi puan verebileceğim pek birşey yok. Başucu lambası ve yatağın tek tarafında priz olmaması eksikliğini hissettiğim ufak detaylar sadece. Tesisle ilgisi olmayan bazı ufak eksiler var yan otelin müziği abartması, bungalovlarda kalan bazı konukların verandalarında geç saatte avaz avaz konuşması gibi. İşletme aslında gelen misafirlere lütfen konaklama alanında dinlenen insanları düşünerek sessiz olmaya özen gösterin demesi bile bir fark yaratabilir. Ama bu yazdıklarımın hiçbiri güzel tatilimizi etkileyecek seviyede değildi. Oda tertemizdi, herşey işlevseldi, yemekler ve diğer imkanlar tatil yerine göre hiç cıvık değildi, sahili gayet güzel sığ gibi gözüküyor ama dubalara gidince boyu geçiyor. Bu konuda şüphemiz vardı fakat başka yere gitmeye hiç lüzum yok. Personel gayet yardımcı. Biz Eylül'de gittik ona rağmen sahile dışarıdan turist aldıkları için hatrı sayılır seviyede %80 oranında doluydu sahil. Temmuz, Ağustos gibi gitsek memnun kalmayabilirdim. Eylül, Ekim ayları için çok güzel ve tavsiye edeceğim biryer. Konforundan ödün vermeden doğayla iç içe bir tatil isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Çalışanlar gerçekten çok nazik ve çözüm odaklılar, otel genel olarak tüm beklentileri karşılıyor diyebilirim. Ölüdeniz'deki konumu çok iyi ve sabahları muhteşem bir serpme kahvaltı var, her otelde böylesi bulunmaz. Bununla beraber, biz oradayken çözülemeyen bir wifi sorunu yaşandı; benim gibi tatildeyken çalışmanız gerekiyorsa rezervasyon öncesi wifi'da sorun olmadığının teyidini almanızı öneririm.

Nicht außergewöhnlich
Ich habe 2 Nächte in der ersten Oktoberwoche im Sugar Beach Club verbracht. Der Umstand dass die Touristensaison vorbei ist wirkt sich auf den Aufenthalt und die Motivation der Mitarbeiter aus. Die Hotelanlage an sich ist gut gelegen, sauber und schön. Auch die Bungalows sind sauber, jedoch ist die Belichtung nicht ausreichend. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte oft dass Gefühl dass englische Gäste bevorzugt behandelt werden. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl. Das Restaurant ist im Vergleich zu den benachbarten lokalen etwas teuer, vor Allem Cocktails. Das größte Manko war für mich der „Strand“. Aufgrund der Lage ist das Wasser zu warm und zirkuliert nicht richtig. Nach einem einmaligen kurzen Sprung ins Wasser habe ich meine restliche Zeit am öffentlichen Ölüdeniz und Kumburnu Strand verbracht. Auch das Suncity hotel das sich am Ende des selben Weges befindet hat einen viel schöneren und saubereren Strand. Der Eintritt inkl. Sonnenliege kostet zwar 40 TL, jedoch sind Getränke und Essen um einiges besser und günstiger.

Güzel...
Harika bir doğada güzel bir otel. Eylül ayında gitmeye çalışın otel daha boş ve daha iyi hizmet var. Yürüyerek 700 metre ölüdeniz merkezdesiniz. Banyodaki koku olayı çözülürse çok daha güzel olur. Deniz sığ çok az derin yerleri var. Yer yer yüzerek yer yer de denizin ortasında yürüyerek kumtepeye geçmek çok zevkliydi. Yemekler kaliteli ve temiz. Ama fiyat ölüdeniz seviyesinde yani biraz pahalı.Kahvaltı doyurucu. Gece Sahilde bir battaniye alıp barakalarda uyumak harika.Bu oteli doğayı seven çiftlere ve deniz güvenliğini önemseyen ailelere özellikle öneriyorum
