The disadvantages of having no reception and living on the third floor are negated by attentive proprietors who make sure that guests know evrything they need to know. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the hotel to all others. "Our stay was absolutely unreal!! The location could not have been more perfect we were staying right in one of those iconic colorful buildings you see in all the Cinque Terre postcards. Paolo was an amazing host from start to finish. He met us at the train station, guided us to the apartment, and even helped us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. He was extremely informative, welcoming, and made sure we knew that we could reach out if we needed anything. He was also very quick to respond anytime we messaged him. The room service was excellent as well. They kept everything clean and were so attentive, bringing anything we needed throughout our stay. Having our own private porch area in front was such a beautiful bonus! we loved being able to sit outside and take in the atmosphere of Riomaggiore. The whole experience felt so authentic and magical, and it’s definitely one of those places we’ll never forget We truly could not have asked for a better location or a better experience in Cinque Terre. We would absolutely stay here again!"
