Lovely room, great location right in central La Spezia, and easy access into Cinque Terre. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and available at all times to answer any questions, would highly recommend!

A very nice hotel-like room, one of four in a small cluster in a residential building. Card-locked with modern comforts. Staff are offsite, but helpful and responsive.

Clean and updated room, cute little balcony, AC, available street parking, great location, nearby the historic center with lots of bars and restaurants. There is an elevator but you need to carry your luggage up a few stairs. We really enjoyed our stay. Recommended!

Great location and owner was very responsive! The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was fine for us, but realize that the elevator starts on what we consider the second floor, which means you must be able to carry your bags up one flight of stairs. A plus was that we were able to drop our bags off early before heading to Cinque Terre.

The location was perfect. The space was everything you needed. The owner pays attention to the smallest of details like providing discounts at nearby restaurants to the amenities in the room including chocolates. The room is all you need as a place to freshen up, rest and restore from your journeys.

Nice size room and bathroom. Convenient to train station to Cinque Terre. Parking is a bit inconvenient as it is in the city, but overall good location. Also Frederica was incredibly helpful throughout. Check in and out is completely contactless, but she was intouch constantly checking in throughout our stay. Also providing restaurant suggestions, discounts and info to get to Cinque Terre. Very impressed by that.

Property was close to the train. I was fooled by cinqueterra in the addressand that's on me. Not a good place for water experience however or was easy to train to the real 5 villages.host was great, only difficulty was just 1 set of keys which operates the ac and the elevator so I had to escort my smoker friend. Down 3 flights of stairs

This hotel was an unexpected gem in La Spezia. It’s conveniently located, 7 min walk from train station and 20 min walk from ferry port to the Cinque Terre. The owner was very responsive and proactive, providing detailed instructions for checking in, and the room itself was very clean, airy and comfortable. There were nice amenities such as a fridge, kettle and even utensils and snacks. Bathroom was spacious, this felt like an oasis. I’d definitely stay again for my next trip to Cinque Terre.
