"A big supermarket with a cafe is near the hotel, so it was very convenient for us to get water and snacks as well as a great coffee and bread. The room was very clean and cozy to stay. I liked everything and it was a perfect place. The only thing that needs to improve is the soundproof window. It was not too noisy, but we could hear some blare outside in the night. "

Her instructions for self check-in were super easy because of her clear explanations and photos. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is attention to detail , offering several places for toiletries, etc that many accommodations lack. I highly recommend this accommodation for a quiet and lovely stay while visiting the tourist pack Cinque Terre. Coming back to our room...

"If you are a person who's sensitive to odore, there are always garlic smells around the first door (Not inside their rooms or appartment but inside the building. Maybe restant nearby or person who's cooking) but we liked that smell so it was not the problem. Rooms inside were Very Cleaned with warm hospitalities, such as Procecco, snacks (Dolce e Salate), freshly designed as marina sailors😇✨💖⛴️ Only flaw would be a shower, maybe only our rooms, but too small and not easy to close the...

"The property was very clean and very well kept. Everything was modern and functioned like it should. The view was very nice, overlooking the harbor of La Spezia. At night it was beautiful with town lit up and the mountains in the background. I only stayed for 2 nights but it was nice and quiet for those nights. It's a little far from town, so there's not much traffic and no nightlife to keep you up. Getting into town does require a car or relying on a taxi, which can be expensive in La Spezia....

"A good place to stay for a couple of nights. It’s beautifully refurbished and v clean. Breakfast is nice too. It’s quite a walk into town or the train station, 30 mins or so, but there’s a a v good pizza place just down the road. We arrived mid afternoon which does not fit in with the hotels checking in hours, but after a phone call we were able to get in, much appreciated after a very long drive. "

"Great stay in La Spezia . Very well located. Keep in mind thrse are Rooms and not a 'Hotel' in the sense of staff around and Reception. Your are provided the key and information then left to your own devices. It suited me."

"Beautiful building with a balcony. It's very conveniently located, close to the train station. Perfect for visiting Cinque Terre. The bed was comfy and the room was nice. They don't offer luggage storage but they held my bags anyway. "

"The best part for us was the proximity to the La Spezia Centrale train station. (An easy 5 minute walk.) The property manager that greeted us at the entrance was very nice and was helpful to us the entire stay. She was also very fluent in English and a good communicator in person and via WhatsApp. We had a very nice 3 night stay."

"We chose this hotel in La Spezia to be close to the train that we were planning to use for commute to Cinque Terre. We ended up falling in love with this lovely cozy town: it felt like home. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The parking was paid, but the hotel took care of the arrangements. Breakfast was at the cafe, 2 spots, nearby: we liked better the one on a round about."

"This property is in an amazing location in La Spezia walking district. Nice restaurants and shops around, 10 min walking distance to the train station which takes you to Cinque Terre (which is less then 10 min train ride to the first village). Apartment is very modern and clean. my wife and kids loved it. Easly sleeps 6 people. The host Yulia was very helpful. i would highly recommend this apartment. We would definitely stay here again."
