We had a magnificent 4 night stay and loved the room and staff. Very well located at a short walk to the historic centre, board walk and train station. The room with the balcony was great and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen and was great to have and the room was spacious and very well designed. We strongly recommend this hotel. It was very practical to take a short walk to the train station to explore the Cinqe Terre.

This place was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. The staff was very helpful and accommodating to all of our needs. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find Easter treats and pastries, plus coffee and other amenities. The bakery next door and free pastry was also delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

We were very pleased with our decision to stay at Ca’Vour Affittacamere, a boutique hotel or B&B with I believe 5 rooms. Liliana was on site as we arrived as she was still cleaning, and because we had arrived well before our check-in time, she was happy to place our luggage in our room so that we could explore Cinque Terre and access the room later that afternoon. The property was very conveniently located, a close walk to both La Spezia Centrale and the old town. A great place to base yourself to explore Cinque Terre!

We LOVED our stay here. It's essentially a little guesthouse with just a few rooms but we never saw any other guests. We stayed in the family room and it has a lovely little balcony and a kitchenette. It's decorated really nicely and felt really homey. The beds are super comfortable too. There is a voucher each day for a coffee and pastry from the shop next door and we looked forward to going there. I don't think any of the other guest houses offer this.

Loved the room and amenities, and the location made it super easy to visit Cinque Terre and explore the town. I was worried about getting all the info at first, but everything was ready right before check-in, and Paolo was really responsive the whole time.

It's advertised Check-in start time: 3:00 PM; check-in end time: 8:00 PM. There was never anyone at the front desk. You had to call in order to get directions on how to enter your room at check-in. There is also no elevator in case you have difficulty carrying luggage. Everytime time the front lobby door would close it was loud and can be heard in your room. The room also did not have a security/privacy lock from inside. The room was modern and clean.

All went well. From checkin to comfy bed. Newly renovated rooms in an older building. Short walk from the train station and eateries, corner stores, markets. Just a head up, the shower stall is tight so if you are above average sized, you might have a little trouble fitting.

This was an incredibly clean and modern room. The shower was amazing. Good space for clothing and a mini fridge, along with nespresso coffee machine. Liliane was quick to respond to questions and was there for check in. Definitely would book again. Close to the train station

Exceptionally clean and functionable room. The breakfast is a voucher to use in the patisserie next door. Whilst the options are limited the patisserie were excellent. Very good communication via WhatsApp throughout the stay as there is no Reception at the property and entry to the building via code.
