My family and I had such a great time. Such a kid friendly place and at check in they even had a little playground while you waiting and gave the kids bubbles. So great to be in nature and all of the amenities were lovely. The waterparks that were padded on the ground were genius and we did a family wine tasting which was such a lovely memory. Our stay was so nice with the deck and the grocery store is so affordable for dinners in. Love love love! My toddler played all day and there were so many times we got to relax because they had everything that we wanted or needed right on property.

Perfect can’t fault it. Maybe a bigger train/bus at peak times would help. Lovely restaurant, bars, ice cream. Clean swimming pools. Good, kind, friendly staff. Safe place. Clean accommodation. Peaceful environment. Must take mosquito treatment as they’re bad out here. Lovely bonus is the pump at the pools to pump donuts up. Can’t fault it. Will 100000% return.

What a find, such a fantastic site. Loads to do with the family, our kids loved the pools, everything you need is on the site, site is really big and busy but would 100% recommend staying here, easy connections to Florence too, we will be back.

We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year.

Fabulous!

Clean pool, everything within easy reach, beautiful rooms, lovely staff, my only concern was the lack of a kettle in the room- this was managable but I'd say a kettle is more universal that an espresso maker. Take bug bite spray though- the bugs ate me alive due to being in the hills, but still one of the best places with everything being near. The little road train was fabulous! Its made me want to book another break with Hu!

These villas are VERY small! Like you are living in an RV .. they were nice with all amenities!! We enjoyed out stay but it felt cramped ..

The area is beautiful, nice swimming pools for small children and teens, convenient grocery stores on site, and lots of options for dining. HOWEVER: it is very NOISY! Loud music everywhere you go and in some places your hear 3 different songs from 3 different speakers. From 7 AM to 12 AM (yes, midnight). This is on top of loud children everywhere (which is fine because the place is, in fact, perfect for families with children).
