"Convenient location on the alternative highway, but without sufficient comfort or quiet to justify the label of "resort." Staff very pleasant. Convenient parking; no crowding. Internet access effective and straightforward. Quiet in room. The curtains were thin (and the air conditioner blocked the blinds) making it suboptimal for anyone needing full dark for sleeping."

"I came by around noon to see if the room was available. The clerk said that it was still being cleaned, but she issued my room card anyway. I left to grab a lunch and then went to Nymph Falls and came back at 3:30 and the room was still not ready. I noticed there were around 6 rooms with their doors open and being cleaned. Rather than prioritizing a room that was already issued and waiting to be claimed, my room was basically the last room to be finished and I took over the room at around 4 pm. Check in was not accommodating at all. However, the room was clean. Looks like it was recently renovated. It was a convenient location that was walking distance to a bunch of restaurant and bars."
