"Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Don't be put off by parking Boal Quay is 5 mins walk and £3.60 a day / night. `rooms are spacious and comfortable, pub serves good food at sensible prices."

"One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"
