Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Room Amenities
The hotel is clean, the staff is welcoming, and the location is excellent. The room also matched the description and photos provided on Expedia.
Unfortunately, the room amenities were very disappointing. The TV did not work properly, the shower water pressure was extremely weak, making showering difficult and time-consuming, and the hot water was insufficient or almost nonexistent.
These are basic necessities that should be provided by any hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and addresses them. I would advise future guests to consider these drawbacks before booking, as a great location and friendly staff cannot compensate for such essential facilities not working properly.

The lighting was rather peculiar, though, with switches that seemed to have only a passing acquaintance with the lights they controlled. The biggest disappointments were breakfast and the leisure facilities. ..."

"Everything was great about the property except, because I forgot to bring a converter for England, the only way I could charge my phone was to leave it in the office. The USB charger in the room did not work. It was otherwise a perfect location for a great night’s sleep before heading home and had ..."
