"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

"This is not a hotel. It’s an apartment for rent. So lower your expectations in terms of on site help or availability. The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. "No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included....

"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. "Even though the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t take the cable car to Aiguille du Midi, we still really enjoyed our time in Chamonix. The staff were very friendly and even let us park our car early — free parking is a real bonus here! Our two-bedroom apartment was huge, fully equipped, and had a massive balcony with amazing mountain views. The hot breakfast was excellent. The only downsides were that the laundry machine was out of order and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay."

"We got upgraded to a fantastic room with a Mountain view. We used the spa a few times after hiking in the day, we also ate at the restaurant and drank at the bar. I would definitely stay again, all the people that worked there were always helpful. The spa facilities were good and pool , sauna etc were all at a nice hot temperature. The room itself was large and the cleaners were very thorough every day and great at stocking up the supplies. "
