"Mold and mildew in the shower, dirty toilet, spills left unclean on the floors, dirty worn out bedsheets - had long women's hair all over them. "Breakfast" consisted of 2 cold cereals, a waffle maker, bread and butter, a few yogurts (all plain unflavored), and a partial gallon of expired milk. "

"Staff was amazing and helpful. I had to make an emergency booking because my original spot was deplorable. Front desk helped calm me down and bring some peace. They really treated me with humanity. Rooms were great and the shared areas were clean. Will return or book at holiday in the future."

"It was definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at. Was it worth the high price for a night. No way should i have paid that rate. I waited an hour to get in and we got there after check in time was posted. Then there it's ok to walk to pool without a shirt on but apparently not anywhere else. That should be posted and its an odd rule. A lower rate for a night i can see but it is what it is. Next time I'll just use an air bnb like usual. "
