This place was really good. Sports teams stayed there and demolished the breakfast area, was the only downside. The hotel didn’t seem prepared for this so I went elsewhere to eat. Besides this, all was good.

Checking in and out we had to wait for someone to return to the service desk. Room was clean, walls are thin and could hear everything outside our room, the bathroom shower drain kept making weird noises for a half hour after a shower, pillows were small and uncomfortable, pool/hot tub area was nice. The hotel was a 10 minute drive from downtown Madison. It was located in a nice, safe area. It had free parking. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Free breakfast. The hotel was a bit older. But overall good place to stay. I would stay again.
