"The cabin was clean and pleasant. The village was quiet and full of trees. The pool was clean and nice, though cold in June. The view is incredible. When arriving and departing, be certain you know when the free shuttle (which is a car for 4 guests) is scheduled. It has a fixed schedule, and the buses from Fiesole may not match your schedule either. If not, you must walk up inclined streets 20 min or down, when departing. The reception is friendly. "Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"The property was great but Hotels.com did not honor the rate posted on the app and I ended up paying 30% higher than if I would have booked at the hotel.
