"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent and very convenient. The customer service was truly impressive — every employee was kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to the bartender (the Dominican gentleman) who was absolutely amazing. He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The only uncomfortable moment was seeing his manager speak to him a bit rudely while guests were sitting at the bar. It didn’t take away from our stay, but it was noticeable. As for improvements, I would suggest better lighting in the rooms. There were many lamps, but the lighting overall felt very minimal and dim. Also, I didn’t feel comfortable opening the curtains because workers on an upper floor could see directly into the room. It felt like an “all or nothing” situation between privacy and natural light. Overall, I would rate my stay a 9/10 and would definitely recommend this hotel! "

"The rooms are quite small, but that is to be expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room temperature was easy to control and the water was piping hot for all the showers. Our bed was soft, and they provided extra pillows on request. The TVs are older, so not all the channels work and there are few to chose from. Overall, it was a great experience."
