"The hotel is nice. The room great. Would have liked if the restaurant was open on Monday. The location was lacking in options for dinner, etc but that’s no fault to the hotel."

"Chose this property for the 2-bedroom suite option. Check-in was somewhat smooth. I had booked a second room directly and ended up not needing it. Had to pay for the first night due to less than 24-hr notice cancelation, ok, but when asked for the key for the one night, was refused even though i was charged for it. Offered to turn in the key first thing. I was first told I would have to cancel through the 3rd party I booked it through, but told them I booked it directly through them. Didn't feel heard. There was only 1 AC unit, so the air flow to the bedrooms was limited. Glad the windows were able to open. Good amenities in the room itself. Water pressure in the shower could use some improvement. Room was clean. Parking in the property is available and free, another nice option, but space was very limited. There is an overflow lot, but had to get up early and move my car by 0845 to find street parking or get lucky enough to have an open one in their lot or else your car gets blocked in because the owner of the overflow lot will double park cars for their events. The spaces were very close to each other in the hotel lot, high risk of door dings."

"Self parking was available on-site in a basement garage. Very tight parking even for smaller vehicles. Being tired from a day of driving, I managed to scratch the side of my vehicle on one of the support columns. Apparently, on-street parking is available, but I would probably be uncomfortable with that, also."
