"First they assigned us to a dirty room. Then we noticed there were cockroaches everywhere, which made us not even eat their breakfast because would see them walk by. Lately the cleaners will not even clean room, they only left towels and that was all."

"The Rooms Are Very Outdated They Are Small Our Light To The Sink Area Took A Moment To Come On It Had A Shortage The Restroom Area Very Tiny Don’t Like Tub/ Shower Combination Also Had Rust And Marks All Over The Tub Toilet Flushed A Couple Times Before Going All The Way Down Beds Super Small Sheets Not Cleaned Properly Stains Here And There Fire Sprinkler When Was The Last Time It Waa Properly Checked Or Cleaned Pool Area Needs To Be Cleaned And Sanitized Overnight Staff Was Welcoming And Friendly And Nice Please Update The Hotel ASAP!"

"Such a comfortable stay for my family of four. The breakfast was plentiful each day with a nice variety of food. We did not do drinks of appetizers in the evening but have no doubt it was as good as breakfast. We like that parking was gated and only for guests. The rooms were nice and cool and it was quiet at night time even though the hotel was full. Priscilla at the front desk was helpful and since a room was available we were able to check in two hours early to rest up for an evening graduation we came in town for. I would definitely stay here again when in San Antonio."
