"We arrived prior to our check in time so they took our bags and sent us a text when our room was ready. Allowed us to start enjoying the city instead of just waiting around. The grounds are beautiful, the service excellent, the meals delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient to many of the attractions. I loved the history of this historic hotel. Special shout out to Zachary at the valet stand. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury and comfort."
"This is not a high end hotel, however, it is extremely clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. The free parking was a bonus and the location was perfect for our needs with easy access to shopping and the University. We even utilized the e-bikes to explore the nearby Galloping Goose Trail which lovely! "

"Great spot, had the view of the harbor and would recommend. Watching the harbor and activity as the city awakens was both relaxing and interesting. Family friendly. Dog friendly except for the restaurant even outdoor, which was a little bummer. But took it to go and ate outside at the tables. Staff very friendly, great location. EV charging in garage which was nice. Plan to stay again next time. "
"Front desk staff was very friendly. We received a free upgrade without asking, and our room was ready for check in 2 hours early. The hotel is in a great location; only a 5-10 minute walk to the main harbour area. The hallways and, our room, were a bit outdated and need some TLC (not quite as good as they show in the pictures online). A table, or something similar, should be added up in the loft (where the bed is) to put your suitcase on. In our room we only had the bed to put the suitcase on, which is a bit inconvenient.
The front gardens are very nice.
